If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your item(s) if returned in a new and unused condition, unwashed, free of makeup, pet hairs, perfume, smoke, deodorant, fake tan and should have all original labels and tags attached. Swimwear should also have the hygiene sticker attached. Refunds will not be processed if the returned item(s) do not meet our return criteria.

When returning an item(s), please email cs@boutiquebyisabella.com to confirm. Returns should be made by post within 14 days of receipt and the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Returns for refund are usually processed within 10 working days of receiving the item(s).

Please allow 14 days from the date your parcel is received for your refund to be processed. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control. We will email you to confirm when your refund has been processed.

Please note return shipping costs are not covered by Boutique by Isabella and we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee your item will still be available. Please use your local post office and purchase suitable postage and tracking. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Boutique by Isabella.
